Title and Summary
The VP of Learning & Development for Sales and Customer Success at Mastercard leads the multi-year L&D strategy to upskill and develop talent in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams. This role reports directly to the Chief Learning Officer and requires a leader with sales or customer relationship experience, capable of integrating innovative learning technologies and adult learning science.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize multi-year L&D strategies, incorporating AI advancements.
• Design holistic, persona-centric learning experiences to support career growth.
• Advise business leaders and HR partners on leveraging learning to impact organizational goals.
• Lead the development and delivery of relevant learning programs, measuring their effectiveness.
• Manage the learning portfolio and budget to maximize ROI.
• Incorporate external insights to stay ahead of talent development trends.
