State Street Investment Management seeks a Vice President, Program Manager to drive a multi-year transformation of front, middle and back-office capabilities. You will coordinate with business and technology partners, report to the MD, and ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives across Global Delivery, Global Technology Services, and Client Pathways.

Based in London, the role offers exposure to enterprise risk, governance and performance reporting while shaping the future-state operating

Structured communicator who synthesizes information for multi-level audiences.
Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity while driving enterprise value.
Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks in transformation programs.
Experience driving cross-functional programs with clear governance and accountability.

Responsabilités

Drive day-to-day execution of the Client Pathways transformation roadmap and milestones.
Partner with SVP to run governance, dashboards, meetings and leadership updates.
Track progress and interdependencies, proactively identify risks or resource gaps.
Ensure alignment across Technology, Investments, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance and Corporate teams.
Co-lead the program with Alpha Pathways lead, manage workstreams and escalations.
Engage in business analysis to align IBOR/ABOR needs with portfolio management and reporting.
