Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in London seeks an experienced program manager to drive the global Cross Border Payments transformation, integrating with FX partners and meeting regulatory and client needs.

You will lead complex projects, partner with Product, Operations and Technology, manage risk, and influence senior leaders while delivering scalable payments solutions within Citi’s hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Product, Operations and Technology to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate colleagues across regions and cultures.
• Strong stakeholder mapping and collaborative decision-making.
• Ability to understand and operate in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, including Payments and ISO 20022.
• ISO20022 experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of major/complex projects.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Provides strategic business direction for projects managed.
• Exerts control over resources, budget, and planning to deliver end results.
• Ensure risk and control discipline throughout program delivery.
• Engage with senior leaders and external parties as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in department initiatives.
