Job summary

BNY in Manchester is seeking a Vice President, Dealing and Register Servicing Operations Manager to lead investor services operations and assure timely, accurate processing aligned with our strategic pillars.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, manage a high‑performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze performance data, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑centric, efficient solutions that drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in investor services operations or transaction processing (or similar), demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across various levels of the organization to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities
