Job summary

BNY in the UK is seeking an SVP, Pricing/Data/Deal Modelling & Analytics to join the Asset Servicing Pricing Team. The role is based in London or Manchester, with emphasis on developing pricing frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead pricing governance, translate analytical requirements into commercial insights, and advance AI/data science initiatives to modernize BAU and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills required (Power BI and/or Tableau).
• SQL experience preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing frameworks, approval processes, and escalation models.
• Translate analytical requirements into commercial insights with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams to agree pricing benchmarks and guard rails; support costing and implementation of new services.
• Demonstrate ownership for business outcomes and manage pricing governance and margins.
• Lead initiatives to modernize BAU through AI and data science, automate tasks, and deploy ML lifecycle practices.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Pricing/Data/Deal Modelling & Analytics to join our Asset Servicing Pricing Team. This role is in Manchester or London

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to develop pricing frameworks, approval processes, and escalation models
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate their analytical requirements into commercial insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to agree pricing benchmarks and guard rails. Support in the costing out and implementation of new services into the pricing models and fee schedules.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for business outcomes
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, pricing governance, and margin management
• Maintain good hygiene around capture of management information and KPIs.
• Lead, support and encourage initiatives to modernize BAU through AI and data science : automate repetitive tasks, implement workflow optimization, and deploy MLOps practices for reliable model lifecycle management.

• Structured approach to work.
• Advanced Excel & data visualization skills required (Power BI and/or Tableau)
• SQL experience preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience in financial accounting, economics preferred.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a business setting is preferred
