Job summary

Fullerton Group in Leeds, United Kingdom, seeks a Vetting & Screening Partner to support operational teams. You will manage the screening process for candidates, ensuring right-to-work checks, BS7858 compliance, and data protection standards are met.

You will work closely with Operations and Resourcing, delivering efficient administration and a professional candidate experience to support client confidence and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering vetting and screening to compliance standards.
• Familiar with BS7858 and related regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Right-to-Work checks and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong data protection and confidentiality practices.
• Ability to manage documentation and records accurately.
• Ability to work with operations and resourcing teams.
• Customer-focused and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with operations to align vetting with deployment requirements.
• Ensure new hires complete documentation including right-to-work checks and BS7858 screening.
• Manage day-to-day vetting and screening delivery, ensuring timely processing.
• Review vetting data to identify risks and escalate as needed.
• Handle personal information with confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.
• Provide clear, timely support on vetting and recruitment compliance.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor channels and respond to queries to ensure high-quality service.
• Meet weekly KPIs to support readiness and deployment.
