Job summary

Openwork Limited is seeking a Vetting Services Adviser on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This home-based role includes quarterly travel to Swindon for team meetings and sits within our recruitment and onboarding framework.

You will manage end-to-end vetting and screening, assess candidate suitability, verify right-to-work, and coordinate with hiring managers and third-party providers to ensure onboarding standards are met. A strong eye for detail and solid organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with vetting and screening is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end vetting and screening process for prospective candidates.
• Review applications and assess candidate suitability against criteria.
• Ensure all candidates meet requirements and onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and third-party screening providers.
• Maintain accurate records and management information across recruitment, training and onboarding activities.
