Marine Resources Limited is seeking a highly organised Vetting Administrator to support its personnel security processes in Fareham. You will coordinate BPSS screening and UKSV applications, liaising with employees and contractors to ensure timely clearances.

Reporting to the Security Manager, you will maintain accurate records, guide colleagues through the vetting process and contribute to continuous improvement of security procedures.

Formación

• Experience with BPSS screening and UKSV processes is advantageous.
• Experience in a confidential or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate BPSS screening.
• Administer UKSV applications and security clearance processes.
• Support employees, contractors and line managers through screening and vetting.
• Track applications and follow up information to meet timescales.
• Maintain security records, registers, trackers and databases.
• Support clearance reviews, renewals and aftercare.
• Record personnel changes that affect security requirements.
• Maintain travel/visit records and visitor administration.
• Provide administrative support to the security team and improve processes.
