Holly House Vets Moor Allerton has an exciting opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join our team! This is a full-time permanent position, with flexible working options. The role involves 40 hours over 4 days per week, on a rota basis, including on-call duties and shared holiday rota.
The practice operates across surgical, medical, and emergency departments, handling a diverse caseload including cats, dogs, rabbits, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. Responsibilities include consultations, client care, routine and complex procedures, triage, inpatient care, and diagnostics like lab work, radiography, and CT scans.
Our practices are equipped with advanced diagnostics such as CT, ultrasound, laparoscopy, and endoscopy. Facilities include consulting rooms, an isolation ward, a prep/theatre suite, and monitoring equipment to ensure high standards of care for various species.
Located conveniently in north Leeds near Roundhay Park, our team consists of 19 vets, 19 RVNs, 6 SVNs, 4 VCAs, and 10 receptionists, providing 24-hour care across multiple practices. We prioritize professional development, team events, and work-life balance.
