Job Description

Want to work your passion with flexibility and a great work-life balance? To accommodate our growing client base and due to the relocation of a current member of the vet team, we’re now looking to expand our team at Dorchester Vets for Pets!

Who We Are

The practice is purpose-built with facilities including an operating theatre, 2 dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult/x-ray room, and all the essential equipment such as digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, and monitoring equipment. We’re open to investing in additional equipment based on your interests.

You’ll work alongside Jordan, our Clinical Lead and Practice Owner, with a team comprising an experienced nursing team including Lauren, RVN, Practice Manager and Owner, and four receptionists. Our team is committed to developing the practice further to provide excellent clinical care and client service.

The role and you

Our ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in routine neutering, procedures, emergency and critical care, and comfortable with periods of sole charge. We value a flexible work schedule, and we consider applications from both full and part-time vets. There are no out-of-hours requirements, and we are closed on Sundays.

Our days include 15-minute consults, with time allocated for lunch and admin. We meet regularly to discuss and improve patient and client care, maintaining an open and flexible approach.
