Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their forward-thinking team in Bridgend.
This role offers true rota flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time hours, short or long days, and even extended lunch breaks to fit around personal needs. There are no OOH or overnight inpatient checks, allowing for a healthier work-life balance.
The practice has recently undergone a full refurbishment and boasts a spacious, modern layout including four consult rooms, a kennel and cattery, two theatres, a prep theatre, full in-house lab, isolation area, washroom, and dedicated office space. CT is also regularly available to support in-depth diagnostic work prior to referral.
The team is made up of 2 Vets, 4 Nurses (2 qualified, 2 student), 10 VCAs, a dedicated reception team, and an experienced Practice Manager. This supportive environment encourages collaboration and continuous development. The team is also engaged in community outreach and fundraising through regular charity events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties across consults, diagnostics, and surgery, with flexibility to shape the role around their interests. Whether newly graduated or more experienced, the right candidate will be fully supported and encouraged to pursue further training or certificates.
