We're looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service to join our fantastic team! This is a part-time position based at our Newbury and Tadley branch but there may be a requirement to travel to Thatcham.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Our receptionist's focus is to provide excellent customer service and make the clients' experience the best it can be.
Ideally, you will have great organisational skills, good communication skills, be confident using IT systems, able to work different shifts and some weekends on a rota basis, and have prior experience working in a customer service role.
This is a part-time permanent role working Tuesday 8:30am to 2:30pm, Thursday 1:30pm to 7:30pm, Friday 2:00pm to 5:00pm. There will also be 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 11 Sundays.
