inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist for a part-time fixed-term maternity cover role at our Bridlington practice, with occasional cover at Driffield and Beeford. The position is 32.5 hours per week with a Saturday 9am-12pm rota paid in addition to salary.

You will welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, handle enquiries, and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Priory Vetson a part-time fixed-term basis. This is to cover maternity leave and will mainly be at our Bridlington practice however the occasional cover may be required at our Driffield and Beeford branches. The period of cover is 9-12 months.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

To cover all area’s of reception working a 32.5 hour week. We also operate a Saturday morning rota 9am-12pm which is paid in addition to salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets.
