Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking an organised Receptionist to join Rowe Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis for 12 months, Bradley Stoke. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while supporting appointment bookings and general reception duties.

Working pattern is Monday, Tuesday and Friday 2-8pm, with 1:4 weekends 2-8pm. You will liaise with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient

Qualifications

• Greeting clients and their pets in a professional and courteous manner.
• Booking, cancelling and changing appointments.
• Dealing with queries by phone, email and face to face promptly and professionally.
• Advising clients on preventative healthcare products and Pet Healthcare Plans.
• Dispensing medications/prescriptions.
• Taking payments, cashing up and general admin and reception duties.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Rowe Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis for 12 months.
Rowe Vet Group have a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke and branches in Thornbury, Yate, Winterbourne, Brimsham and Wotton-under-Edge.
As a valued member of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for pets and their owners.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• Both roles are Monday, Tuesday & Friday 2-8pm with 1:4 either a Saturday or Sunday 2-8pm
