inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our Windsor practice on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, and support both client communications and clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
You’ll work a 37.5-hour week with a mix of early and late shifts (8am-4.30pm and 10.30am-7pm) and one in four Saturdays.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Alma Vetson a full-time permanent basis.
We are a fully equipped first opinion practice seeing a wide range of surgical and medical cases. We have 4 consultation rooms, separate cat and dog waiting rooms and wards. As well as all the usual facilities of a first opinion practice, we have a dedicated dental suite, an imaging room, and a full in-house laboratory. Our hospital is very well equipped with a Karl Storz laparotomy tower, radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, afull in-house laboratory, a Tonopen, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ECG, Capnography and much more. We are proud to be the only practice within a 15-mile radius able to offer laparoscopic surgery to our patients.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
This is a very varied role where you will be covering many tasks such as booking appointments for consultations and procedures, ordering of stock, taking payments, credit control, daily banking, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the client / reception area, maintaining patient and client records, preparing medications prescribed by the veterinary surgeons, stock rotation, maintaining key communications with clients and the team, and in addition some administration tasks and some health and safety duties.
