Job summary

inspiring vet care’s Zetland Vets in the UK is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling bookings, enquiries and transactions with a welcoming and professional demeanour.

Working 40 hours across a mix of early and late shifts, you’ll support the smooth running of the practice alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, ensuring a positive client and patient journey every day.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Zetland Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

We are looking for two new team members to work 40 hours per week, covering a mix of shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.30am-5pm on a 1:4 rota.
