CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist at Seymour Vets in Totnes. The role is 40 hours per week with a permanent contract and some evening/weekend shifts, including coverage at Preston, Paignton.

You will greet clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with insurance forms while providing empathetic customer service in a busy small-animal practice. Training and progression offered.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must; experience in a veterinary setting is a bonus.

• Inter-practice Communication: Liaise with veterinary practices to address patient needs and queries
• Debt and Refund Management: Make necessary phone calls regarding debts, belongings, and refunds
• Client Care: Above all, ensure that every client feels welcomed and valued at our practice

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate animal enthusiast to step into the role of a Veterinary Receptionist at Seymour Vets

Location: Steamer Quay Road, Totnes, TQ9 5AL

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40hrs per week

Salary: £8.00 - £12.71 per hour, depending on age and in accordance with National Minimum Wage legislation

Shift Pattern: The rota will include some evenings and weekends and some shifts at our branch surgery in Preston, Paignton.

We are a friendly small animal practice with a team of 6 vets. The practice is situated near the river in Bridgetown, Totnes with a large onsite carpark. We also offer a CT referral service with clients visiting from a variety of practices in the area. You will be supported by our existing reception team and be part of the Seymour Vets family who are friendly, caring and a great team to be a part of.
