Working Pattern
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours, with Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will warmly greet clients and their pets both in person and over the phone. You’ll be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling as needed. Key administrative tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork. You’ll also maintain accurate client and patient records and provide updates to clients regarding their pets’ care and treatment plans.
