BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist who excels in customer service and compassion. As the first point of contact, you will ensure clients and their pets receive attentive and empathetic care, even in emotionally challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients warmly and make friendly eye contact upon entry.
  2. Maintain a friendly demeanor, with a smile and approachable attitude.
  3. Communicate clearly and calmly in person and over the phone.
  4. Assess clients' needs and pet conditions upon arrival, determining emergency status.
  5. Respond to non-patient calls and direct visitors appropriately.
  6. Confirm appointments and provide clients with preparation instructions.
  7. Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
  8. Coordinate pet remains handling with compassion and accuracy.
