About The Role

Are you looking for a new role as a veterinary receptionist? Our fantastic Animalism Vets in St Albans are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their independent practice.

The position is suitable for a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience, supported by a team of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support staff.

This is a Full-Time position, typically working 4 days of 10 hours each (a 40-hour week) with a share of 1:5 weekend rota.

Your typical day may include:

• Answering phone calls and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient, and caring manner
• Helping direct clients to the clinic
• Responding to emails and inquiries
• Responding to Facebook messages
• Scanning documents into patient files
• Processing payments at the time of treatment
• Advising clients about our Healthcare plan
• Processing and logging insurance claims
• Handling and restraining patients
