inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist for Beaumont Veterinary Centre in Pinhoe, Exeter. This part-time role covers a 4-day week with rotating morning/late shifts and a Saturday morning rota, providing a welcoming client experience.

You will handle appointments, enquiries and client communications, working closely with Vet Surgeons and Nurses to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive client journey.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Beaumont Veterinary Centre in Pinhoe, Exeter, on a part-time basis.

We have a team of Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses will welcome you, many of whom have been with the practice for a number of years. As an RCVS-accredited veterinary practice, we take pride in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and clients.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• This is a part time role working 4 days per week, with shifts rotating between 8:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am-7:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm.
