CVS Vets is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join St David's Veterinary Hospital. You will manage calls, book appointments, greet clients, and handle insurance forms within a busy small-animal practice that operates 24-hour care.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems

• Inter-practice Communication: Liaise with veterinary practices to address patient needs and queries
• Debt and Refund Management: Make necessary phone calls regarding debts, belongings, and refunds
• Client Care: Above all, ensure that every client feels welcomed and valued at our practice

Location: St David's Veterinary Hospital, St David's Station

Contract: PERMANENT

Hours: 20

Shift Pattern: Mondays 10am-4.40pm, Wednesdays 8.30am-4pm, Fridays 10am-4.30pm 1in 8 Saturdays 8.30am-5.30pm
