VetsforPets Colton in Leeds Colton is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering warm, professional service and helping keep the practice running smoothly.
We value a positive attitude, excellent organisation and a willingness to learn. The role includes weekend rota participation and progression opportunities in a locally managed, supportive practice.
Join our supportive, multi-award-winning, locally owned practice in Leeds Colton. Do you love animals, enjoy working with people and take pride in giving great customer service?
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming team at VetsforPets Colton.
We’re a modern, purpose-built, locally owned and managed small animal practice in Colton, Leeds.
Being locally owned means that our decisions are made by people who work alongside you every day. We understand the realities of working in a busy veterinary practice, and we’re committed to creating an environment where our people feel supported, respected and valued.
We’re proud of our team and the culture we’ve created — one where everyone has an important role to play and where colleagues genuinely look out for one another.
We’re a friendly, well-balanced team who work together to provide the very best care and experience for our patients, clients and colleagues.
As one of the first people our clients meet, you’ll play a really important role in the practice.
Some days will be busy and fast-paced; others will give you more time to build those lovely relationships with our regular clients and their pets. Whatever the day brings, you’ll be supported by a team who understand that great receptionists are a vital part of great veterinary care.
You don’t necessarily need previous veterinary reception experience. What matters most to us is your attitude, your approach to people and your willingness to learn.
Full-time position. Our reception team participates fully in our weekend rota, currently 1 weekend in 4. Part-time position will also be considered.
We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, appreciated and part of something they enjoy.
If you’re looking for more than just a reception job — a role where you can build genuine relationships, work alongside a fantastic veterinary team and make a difference to pets and the people who love them — we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re an experienced veterinary receptionist or you're looking to take the next step in your customer service career, we’re interested in hearing what you could bring to our team.
Come and join VetsforPets Colton — a practice where people genuinely care about our patients, our clients and each other. We’d love to welcome you to the team.
