Job description

We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly team at Market Vets on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent client and patient care.

Receptionist Responsibilities

1. Warmly greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate, and helpful demeanor.
2. Managing the diary efficiently to maximize appointment slots, handle online bookings, and address emergencies while maintaining client records in compliance with GDPR.
3. Answering phone lines, emails, and other client communications.
4. Registering clients for the Pet Health Club.
5. Processing payments.

Applicant Requirements

Shift Pattern

This part-time position involves working 15 hours per week across Fridays and Saturdays.
