Creature Comforts in London is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to drive clinic performance across clinical care, financials and people management. You will lead a high-performing vet team within our supportive leadership framework.

You will spend ~80% of time in clinical practice, uphold governance, develop CPD, manage the P&L, and shape local strategy including HR, safety, marketing and client care. A track record of building teams and delivering metrics is essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years' post-qualification experience as a veterinary surgeon (MRCVS).
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with direct line management.
• Proven experience managing a P&L or budget.
• MRCVS registration is essential.

• Spend approximately 80% of time in clinical practice, leading by example.
• Enable all team members to work to the full extent of their qualifications.
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical care across all patient interactions.
• Lead clinical governance and implement improvement plans.
• Direct education and CPD within the team with an evidence-based approach.
• Organise clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop new clinical opportunities for the practice.
• Develop and lead the local clinic strategy including HR, health & safety, marketing, and client care.
• Ensure client experience standards are consistently high and manage complaints.
• Understand and manage the practice P&L, KPIs, and budget.
