Job summary

Vets Now in Manchester is seeking a Full Time Rotational Veterinary Nurse to join our rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary referral hospital. You will work across ECC, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Imaging as a vital member of the team.

You will rotate 4x10-hour shifts Monday to Friday 06:00–20:00, with 1:5 weekends; flexible bank holiday coverage is also included. Benefits include private medical insurance, enhanced sick and maternity pay, seven weeks of annual leave, and a generous CPD

• RCVS registered for a minimum of six months.
• Motivated to maintain high clinic standards.

• As a floating nurse, work across ECC, Surgery, Internal Medicine and Imaging.
• Collaborate with Vet Surgeons, Vet Nurses and Animal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.

Understanding your key role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding multidisciplinary referral hospital offering ECC, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Imaging services. As a floating vet nurse, you will work across each of these disciplines as a vital member of the team. You will be working alongside experienced Vet Surgeons, Vet Nurses, and Animal Care Assistants.

Key requirements

• RCVS registered for a minimum of six months.
• Motivated to maintain high clinic standards.
• Passionate about caring for our clients and their pets.
• Experience with an ECC caseload is advantageous.

Working pattern

4 x 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 06:00 to 20:00

1:5 weekends working 10-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday between 06:00 to 20:00
