Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to cover Wales. You will develop and strengthen relationships with veterinary practices while driving sales across a broad portfolio, including pharmaceuticals, consumables, pet food and equipment.

Expect to generate new business while managing existing accounts, engaging with owners, managers, nurses and reception teams, using a proactive, consultative approach to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience in consumables or related sector.
• Experience selling into veterinary practices or similar stakeholders.
• Proven ability to generate new business while managing existing accounts.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with veterinary practices across Wales.
• Drive sales across pharmaceuticals, consumables, pet food and equipment.
• Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Engage with stakeholders including practice owners, practice managers, veterinary nurses and reception teams.
