Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to cover Wales in a field-based role. You will develop relationships with veterinary practices and drive sales across pharmaceuticals, consumables, pet food and equipment.

The role focuses on generating new business while managing existing accounts, engaging with owners, managers, nurses and reception teams, and expanding market presence through proactive, consultative solutions.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales experience in consumables or related sector.
• Proven ability to generate new business while managing existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with veterinary practices across Wales.
• Drive sales across a wide range of veterinary products including pharmaceuticals, consumables, pet food and equipment.
• Engage with stakeholders including practice owners, managers, nurses, reception teams and local animal health groups.
• Manage and grow regional accounts to expand market presence.
