Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Territory Manager for Lincolnshire to drive growth in our Companion Animal diagnostics portfolio. You will manage your own sales territory, build strong relationships with veterinary customers, and promote IDEXX solutions through consultative discussions and education.

You will collaborate with regional colleagues, train clinic staff on products, and help shape market strategies by sharing customer insights. A company car is provided and some travel to trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of proven experience successfully managing your own sales territory.
• Territory management sales experience has been in veterinary/animal health industry or capital equipment sales.
• Able to work in a highly collaborative sales environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively (car provided) and occasional weekends for tradeshows.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage your territory and customer base to grow recurring diagnostic revenue.
• Collaborate with regional IDEXX sales colleagues to close capital equipment and technology deals.
• Educate and train veterinary staff about IDEXX products, services and marketing initiatives.
• Communicate customer needs and competitive feedback to marketing and business-unit management.
• Represent IDEXX values professionally and engage with customers across the region.
• Attend trade shows and educational events to broaden IDEXX reach.
