• Full-time Clinical Nursing Manager with leadership responsibilities.
• RVN experience is acceptable in lieu of extensive CNM background.
• Focus on strategic, professional, and operational leadership of the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team across practices and provide nursing governance at senior level.
• Oversee patient care from a nursing perspective while upholding practice policies.
• Manage 80% clinical workload and 20% non-clinical duties each week.
• Coordinate training and CPD for nursing staff and support external CPD as needed.
• Support practice marketing initiatives and CPD activities.
