The CNM will drive clinical standards, policy adherence, and high-quality patient care while developing staff through CPD and performance reviews. Flexible working arrangements considered.

Qualifications

• RVN qualification and registration with RCVS.
• Experience leading a nursing team or willingness to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and support with general nursing duties.
• Oversee theatre practice, anaesthesia support, and infection control.
• Dispense drugs and manage pharmaceuticals in line with legislation.
• Ensure accurate patient records and adherence to care instructions.
• Provide training and CPD planning for nursing staff and student tutorials.
