  • Workforce planning, recruitment, and retention
  • Culture building, wellbeing support, and team engagement
  • Operational efficiency, supporting patient flow and service delivery
  • Collaboration, working closely with CDs, PMs, Lead Nurses, and the wider Linnaeus nursing network

You’ll be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, bringing the nursing voice to practice strategy, service development, and growth planning.

What You’ll Lead

  • Regular 1–2–1s, PDRs, coaching and mentoring
  • Creating clear development pathways for RVNs, SVNs and PCAs
  • Supporting Lead Nurses and developing future leaders
  • Driving a culture of respect, civility, and psychological safety
Nurse Utilisation & Clinical Excellence
  • Championing full utilisation of nursing skills
  • Expanding nurse‑led services and consultations
  • Ensuring gold‑standard clinical standards across all sites
  • Leading on audits, QI projects, and incident learning
Operational & Strategic Impact

  • Contributing to financial health through efficient nursing operations
  • Supporting stock control, waste reduction, and responsible resource use
  • Collaborating on service development and practice growth
Culture, Communication & Wellbeing
  • Leading a positive, engaged, high‑performing nursing culture
  • Supporting wellbeing and embedding a Just Culture
  • Ensuring clear communication across all sites
  • Championing the Forest values and the Linnaeus Five Principles
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong leadership experience and a passion for developing others
  • Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Confidence managing multisite priorities and complex workloads
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
  • A commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and unite teams

Advanced qualifications, leadership CPD, or experience in clinical audits and service development are highly desirable.
