Mars Veterinary invites applications for Head Receptionist (Client Care Lead) at Village Vet, Highgate. This full-time, permanent role requires managing daily branch operations, leading reception staff, and delivering exceptional client and patient care.

Shifts run 08:00–20:00 with weekend work; occasional coverage at London practices may be required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in client care environments, with a focus

Qualifications

• Experience motivating, leading and developing a team.
• Experience in a client care environment.
• Handling customer complaints and payments.
• Previous experience working as a lead or head receptionist.

Responsabilités

• Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Promote a conducive and supportive working environment.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch including adherence to statutory checks, administration and stock management
• Collaboration with all of the practice teams, including clinicians and clinical support staff, is essential to succeed in this position.
• Build relationships with the clients, demonstrate empathy and facilitate in delivering an excellent level of service at every touchpoint.
• Be a presence within reception, lead by example by engaging with clients and their pets.
• Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and by the appropriate person.
• You may be required to cover shifts at our other practices in London.
