Job summary

Stoll Foundation in Fulham is seeking an inspiring Support Services Manager to lead a team of support workers delivering person-centred housing support for veterans. The role is based on-site at Fulham with duties overseeing 2 Team Leaders, agency staff and 2 Independent Living Workers, reporting to the Head of Support & Tenant Engagement.

You will be responsible for safeguarding, risk and health & safety, building partnerships with external agencies, monitoring outcomes and performance, and

• Strong experience supporting vulnerable adults to live more independently.
• Proven experience managing, motivating and developing a team.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, risk and health & safety.
• Experience working with external agencies and building partnerships.
• Ability to monitor service quality, outcomes and performance.
• Understanding of veterans' experiences and the wider community.
