Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an MRO Vertical Lift Mechanical Technician to execute aircraft maintenance activities at RAF Odiham. You will ensure tasks align with Approved Technical Data, certifications, and schedule milestones, delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role requires a trade apprenticeship and knowledge of MRP Part 145, QA/SMS, and ability to mentor junior staff in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting technical documents, drawings and publications.
• Understanding of aviation maintenance practices and QA/SMS requirements.
• Ability to mentor peers and work under supervision when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned aircraft maintenance tasks to schedule and quality standards.
• Read and interpret Approved Technical Data and ensure proper certification.
• Manage workload sequencing and first-time quality on maintenance tasks.
• Provide guidance to apprentices/trainees and contribute to continuous improvement.
