Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to lead a small team in the MRO environment at RAF Odiham. You will supervise technicians, ensure compliance with MRP Part 145, QA/SMS and safety requirements, and mentor apprentices to deliver on-time aircraft maintenance.

You will monitor work quality, interpret technical documents, and coordinate with leadership to meet scheduling demands while maintaining high standards of airworthiness and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Recognised relevant trade apprenticeship or trade experience equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills, use of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing’s MAA MRP Part 145 approval or MOD customer.
• Disassemble/assemble/modify systems and upgrade components to correct failures.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems to isolate faults and repair.
• Mentor peers and supervise technicians in daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and compliant with QA/SMS procedures.
• Oversee apprentices/trainees and promote safe, compliant work practices.
