Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring for a Sales Strategy & Operations role. You will own the vertical GTM motion, defining buyer personas, use cases, and competitive positioning, and turn them into repeatable launch playbooks.

You’ll work with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to surface gaps and drive alignment until each vertical succeeds. You are analytical, autonomous, and excited by shaping a new market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and drive cross-team execution.
• Strong curiosity about industries and buyer needs.

Responsibilities

• Vertical Deep Dives: research market sizing, ICP, persona and competitive positioning.
• Vertical Launches: lead end-to-end launches from strategy to post-launch reviews.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: align PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Product Needs: translate field signal into prioritized product requirements.
• Data-Driven Strategy: define metrics, build dashboards, and guide investment.
• Leadership Partnership: advise GTM leadership with clear recommendations.
