Job summary

Evotix is seeking a GTM Product Operations Specialist to own the operating process that takes product launches from plan to market, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales and Strategy & Operations.

You will drive launch standards, measurement, and continuous improvement, optimize systems and templates, and help scale GTM motions across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in product operations, go-to-market, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the Go-to-Market operating process for product launches and strategic updates.
• Define and maintain launch templates, timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales and Strategy to ensure release readiness.
