Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-trade operative within facilities management or similar sector.
• Ability to carry out repairs across trades with safety and quality.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or job management app.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily maintenance requests to fix issues quickly and safely.
• Carry out day-to-day repairs across trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting.
• Plan and complete routine safety checks and planned maintenance tasks.
• Use company smartphone to log progress and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and communicate progress to clients.
