Job summary

Unico Recruitment London is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative to support social housing maintenance across the UK. The role involves Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting, Tiling and basic electrical works in occupied properties.

You will respond to repair requests, communicate clearly with tenants, and ensure work complies with building regulations and health & safety. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability across multiple trades, ideally within social housing or domestic settings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in a core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
• Experience working in occupied properties with a strong focus on customer care.

We are looking to recruit a number of Multi Skilled Operatives to support this and many more of our clients.
