Job summary

Caddy Group Limited is seeking a hands-on Multi-Trade Operative to perform planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment, repair and installation across client sites in the South Central region. The role requires versatility across carpentry, general building, painting and decorating, minor plumbing and external maintenance.

The successful candidate will work across commercial, industrial and public sector environments, supporting maintenance programmes and project teams with regular travel

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a recognised construction trade.
• CSCS Card holder.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within construction, maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven experience working across multiple trades.
• Experience within commercial, industrial or public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Complete refurbishment and repair works within occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and site procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Complete job sheets, reports and timesheets accurately.
• Liaise professionally with clients, site teams and building users.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and left in a satisfactory condition.
