Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (PPM Smokes Operative) in Westminster, London. The role covers responsive and planned repairs across housing properties, with duties spanning plumbing, tiling, painting and related maintenance tasks.

You will work 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:30) from the Westminster Gas Contract office, using a handheld device and upholding safety standards to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trade City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent.
• Valid Blue CSCS card and good health and safety knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in occupied and void properties.
• Undertake varied trade repairs and maintenance work including plumbing, tiling, painting.
• Use handheld device to receive and complete tasks; follow safety best practices.
