Job summary

Morgan Sindall Group is hiring a Multi Skilled Engineer in Leeds to perform responsive and planned repairs in social housing properties. The role involves plumbing, joinery, tiling and bathroom renewals, using a handheld device to manage tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 trade qualification, strong Health & Safety knowledge, and experience working in both occupied and void properties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 trade qualification.
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
• Customer-focused with experience in occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing settings including plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Use handheld device to receive and complete tasks, working safely to deliver right-first-time repairs.
