Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Sheffield is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the Family Court contract. The role covers planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and general building maintenance to keep facilities safe and well‑maintained.

You will work from the Sheffield Family Court site, carrying out PPM and repairs, plumbing and decorating tasks, with emphasis on high health and safety standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• PPM experience in building environments.
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a trades field.
• M&E background desirable.
• Experience in building maintenance and property services.
• Knowledge of building fabric and services.
• Customer-focused approach to work.
• Full UK driving licence (held 12+ months).

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works and responsive repairs.
• Perform plumbing, decorating, tiling and fabric maintenance tasks.
• Complete work efficiently using a handheld device.
• Deliver high standards of health and safety and customer service.
• Work on the Sheffield Courts site as part of a professional team.
