Duties and responsibilities related to the Venues Assistant Manager

  • Sets clear strategies and goals to enhance guest experience and team performance
  • Responsible for creating revenue generating ideas and cost control in line with the hotel business plan
  • Works with Culinary teams to maximize guest satisfaction and experiences
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Owner and guardian of the Restaurant concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept, and delivers it

About You

Previous experience in premium food and beverage operations is essential. You possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the growth and development of your team.
