Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality management.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with EPOS systems.
• Passionate and motivated about project goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and optimise efficiency to meet budget controls.
• Manage staffing profiles for smooth operations.
• Ensure venues maintain high standards of service, quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee stock processes, systems, logistics and planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the project per strategic goals.
• Lead training and development; conduct performance evaluations with KPI targets.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture and solution-focused thinking.
