• Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvements with commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel.
