You will champion service delivery, mentor the team, and ensure licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene compliance, delivering operational excellence in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a front-of-house team in a busy hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and licensing regulations
• Excellent customer service and operational management skills

• Drive Service Delivery: Champion seamless, welcoming, and high-quality service across all commercial food, drink, and event spaces
• Develop the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire an 18-strong front-of-house team through continuous training, coaching, and career development
