Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Venue Manager for the Weoley Castle venue. You will drive sales, lead a daily team, and deliver high standards of service to customers to ensure the venue remains the best in town.

You will manage budgets, staff rotas and promotions, and report on venue performance. The role requires flexibility to work day and night shifts in a 24-hour operation, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach.
