MERKUR Slots is seeking a Venue Manager for Wolverton to lead a busy gaming centre and drive profitability. You will manage a team, oversee budgeting, reporting and daily operations, ensuring compliance and high standards of service.

The role requires strong leadership, shift flexibility (including potential 24-hour operation), and a track record of delivering memorable customer experiences in retail, hospitality or gambling settings.

Qualificações

• Ability to work to budgeted targets.
• Experience managing teams in retail, hospitality or gambling.
• Experience with management reporting and administration.
• Proven ability to develop staff and lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of a licensed gaming centre.
• Lead marketing, promotions and events to drive venue revenue and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and health and safety requirements.
• Manage cash, assets and risk controls with integrity and accuracy.
